VACANCY FOR SHRIMP HATCHERY MANAGER IN INDONESIA

We are seeking an experienced marine shrimp hatchery manager for an expanding project in Indonesia. The successful candidate will be

responsible for operations at an existing (12 million postlarvae per

cycle) Penaeus monodon hatchery in Northern Bali and a second hatchery now about to commence construction in Kalimantan.

The parent company, a major feed supplier, owns a number of shrimp farms in Java as well as a 500 ha farm in Kalimantan, with plans for further expansion.

You should have strong technical skills in the hatchery rearing of P.

monodon, with experience working in Asia, ability in administration and team building, a keenness to meet production and financial targets and a willingness to spend extended periods away from your home base.
