WORKSHOP ON COMPUTER TOOLS

The Pond Dynamics/Aquaculture Collaborative Research Support Program (PD/A CRSP) is offering a workshop entitled "Information Resources for Aquaculture Planning, Design, & Management" from November 13-15, 1997 following the ISTA IV conference in Florida.
The workshop will focus on decision support tools developed for
aquaculture (primarily focusing on two simulation-model driven
software POND and AquaFarm, although we will also cover disease
diagnostic and economic analysis tools to some extent) and Web
resources, including information on how to set up your own servers.
We will also offer a tour of the Harbor Branch Oceanographic Institute (HBOI). Registration fees cover two nights' accommodation at HBOI and we will provide copies of the latest version of POND and AquaFarm to participants at the time.
