MACROBRACHIUM CULTURE IN RUSSIA
We are a young enterprise making its first steps in commodity
shrimp rearing. We live in Astrakhan, Russia (near the Caspian
sea). Although our territory is the South of Russia we are
establishing now probably the most northern shrimp rearing farm.
We reared as much as 350 kgs of commodity shrimp (Macrobrachium
rosenbergii) harvested in 1998. This is a very modest achievement,
we know. But we will go further. We hope especially for your
advice, practical experience and technological instructions as
to how postlarvae Macrobrachium rosenbergii can be reared at
best. Will you indicate us please where could we find such
instructions in the Internet. We'd be very thankful to you for
such materials if you could send them on our e-mail address. We
are ready to discuss any forms of further cooperation with you.
