QUESTION:
I am seeking tests used either at the hatchery or at the farm to assess PL quality. I am especially interested in P. monodon. If anyone has a copy of such a test, could they please contact me.

COMMENTS:
Try the Spot-on tests manufactured by Diagxotics Inc. It is a test that evaluates levels of propheniloxidase in the shrimp hemolymph. We use it here in Ecuador for P. vannamei and it is an interesting tool when you join it with visual inspection, etc.
