During three information half-days, partners of IFREMER from the socio-professional environment will get acquainted with the work realised during the last two years by the Laboratory of Fish Nutrition (Unite Mixte INRA-IFREMER) in St-Pee as well as in Brest.

NUTRITION OF MARINE AND FRESHWATER FISH LARVAE: use of composed/purified nutrients from mouth opening onwards

Comparison of nitrogen deposits at different seawater and freshwater teleosts.

MACRO-NUTRIENTS AND ENERGY
Use of a big amount of alimentary lipids at perch and trout
- effect on the lipogenesis
- effect on the ingestion
Use of alimentary carbohydrates in bream
Hepatic metabolism of glucose in trout
Replacement of the fish meal by vegetal proteins
