QUESTION:
What’s
good product for feeding baby brine shrimp Artemia (nauplii)? I have Artemia
food from OSI Marine Labs but since it’s made for adult brine shrimp, I
don’t think it will work. I heard you can get a liquid concentrate for
newly hatched shrimp

If
heard you can use Ricebran/flour, Spirulina ; anything small enough.

For
a quick, off the shelf food, try the FRIPPAK CAR 1 diet from INVE
AQUACULTURE… Like with any prepared formula water quality may become an
issue so frequent water changes may be necessary.

I’ve
been using Tahitian Blend from Brine Shrimp Direct for raising mine from
beginning to fish food stage. At that point, I feed them Selco for a couple
of hours, also from BSD, before rinsing and feeding to the fish.

I
have positive results also with Rayjay’s method. I try to have different sizes of brine shrimp to accommodate
my growing seahorses.
