Abstract:
The most relevant changes in Acipenser
baeri eye organization were detected between hatching and 5
days post hatch. At this age, the eye had an anterior
chamber, lens, iris, choroid gland, scleral cartilage,
cornea and a vitreous chamber lined by the retina (with
two photoreceptors: rods and single cones).
