Abstract:
I describe a simple venturi
device for removing fish waste from aquaria or troughs. When attached to a
pressurized water source, it initiates suction and can be used either to
increase suction in a siphon or to create a vacuum when a siphon is not
possible. The device cost US$12 in 2001.
