Can anyone give recommendation regarding how to control larval mycosis (Lagenidium and Sirolpidium diseases)?

In
order to control larval mycosis, you can use a weedkiller which will
act as a fungi-static. This means it will not eradicate your mycosis
but it will block spore development.
One which is commonly used is Treflan.

Treflan
works ok for Lagenidium as a preventive (I think 0.5 ppm is the recommended
dose) although not when the disease has already spread, in that case you can
use chlorine (>200ppm).

Last
season, we had this in one spawning room. This room remained constantly
humid and moist, unable to dryout properly and water getting under the
fibreglass floor of the spawning tanks.
As
soon as we moved away from spawning in this room, the problem stopped. If
you have movable spawning tanks, try sun drying them. Look at general
hygiene, especially airstones and airlines (clean and sterilise daily).
