INTERNATIONAL SYMPOSIUM IN AQUATIC NUTRITION
3-6 September 2002

As a tradition, this symposium is organized every two
years. This year the sixth edition will be coinciding with the International
Aquaculture
exposition AQUAMAR 2002.
As always, this symposium presents novel information and break through
research works on Aquatic nutrition in general and of fish, crustacean and
mollusc species, together with important and comprehensive reviews, given by
invited eminent researchers. This year we will put a strong emphasis on
environmental-friendly feeds, nutrition under recirculation conditions,
advances in penaeid larval nutrition, use of alternative sources of protein
to fishmeal and nutrition and domestication of penaeid shrimp. This doesn't
mean works on other areas are not welcome.
On the contrary, we strongly encourage you to submit original
contributions on aquatic nutrition for the posters session.
